Inauguration

I've been busy with a new graduate course in teaching ESL. I did have to make at least one comment on the inauguration of President Barack Obama. I heard a judge from South Africa on the radio in the early morning hours after the inauguration. He had been very active in the anti-apartheid movement in South Africa. In describing the inauguration of Obama he said, "It's a marvelous pinch-me kind of day." And, indeed, it was.
